Building Success is an outreach team of Sauder School of Business students who dedicate their time to helping east side Vancouver high school students in their journey after graduation.

Through a series of workshops, students are taught life skills on subjects such as: interview techniques, time management, resume writing, and career knowledge. The goal is to help the students on their path after high school.

At the end of the program, participants come away with not only a handy guidebook of skills, but also with new friendships, new confidence, and new motivation to find their own success no matter where life takes them.
